Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, absolutely. We ensure that all product photos on our website are taken from the actual items. While slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings, you will receive the exact product you see in the picture.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view and download your sales receipt directly from your account dashboard. After logging in, go to “My Orders”, select the order you want, and you’ll find the receipt available for viewing or download. Additionally, a copy of your receipt is always sent to your registered email after purchase.
How can I return an item?
You can easily return an item within our return period. Simply go to your account dashboard → My Orders, select the order, and click Request Return. Follow the instructions to schedule a pickup or get the return address. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Some of our popular products are restocked regularly. If an item is marked “out of stock,” you can use the “Notify Me” option (if available) to get an alert when it’s back. For limited-edition or exclusive designs, restocking may not be possible.
Where can I ship my order?
We currently ship orders across India to all major cities and towns through our trusted delivery partners. At checkout, simply enter your pin code to confirm availability. If you’re outside India, please check our shipping policy or contact our support team for international delivery options.
